Exploration of the Further Comprehensive Deepening Reform Path for Provincial Open Universities
Currently,high-quality development has emerged as the overarching requirement of national development strategies,and the construction of a high-quality education system forms the foundational and supporting pillar for estab-lishing a high-quality development system.As a major force dedicated to serving lifelong learning for all,the reform and development of open universities must also be deepened and advanced with high-quality development as the objective.Pro-vincial open universities,as pivotal nodes within the extensive educational system of open universities,play a critical role in promoting sustainable and high-quality development of the system.Facing the outstanding problems existing in the system integration of running schools in the whole province,further comprehensive reform must be implemented to solve and break through.By clarifying the requirements of the times for the open university to further deepen the reform in an all-round way,the study summarizes the 45-year experience of the open university,deeply analyzes the outstanding problems existing in the integrated running of provincial open universities and puts forward the implementation path of further deepening the reform in an all-round way,so as to promote the effective implementation of the responsibility and mission of serving the whole peo-ple for lifelong learning with the high-quality development of provincial open universities.
