A Study of Female Learners'Learning in Elderly Education under the Background of Aging——Taking the Education for the Aged in Hebei Province as an Example
Women as an important group participating in the education for the aged,it is of positive significance to in-vestigate their learning status and related factors affecting the teaching quality of the education for the aged to realize active aging and solve the population problem facing China.The study analyzes the individual characteristics,family background,environmental factors and learning expectations of female learners in Hebei Province,and reveals the multi-dimensional in-fluencing factors of the participation in elderly education.It is found that the current supply of education for the elderly fails to fully meet the diversified needs of female groups for education,and there is an unbalanced distribution of educational re-sources at the provincial,city and county levels.In order to improve the teaching quality of elderly education in the new era,it should enhance the psychological empowerment of elderly education,give full play to the potential productive value and family support value of elderly women,promote the integration of elderly women's education through intergenerational feed-back,enhance the social effect of voluntary service,and promote the coordinated development of elderly education among regions.
