Under the background of"going out"strategy,the major of international Chinese education has further devel-oped.The"Chinese fever"in the international community continues to heat up,and the demand for international Chinese edu-cation teachers has further increased.However,the employment situation of the major is relatively complex,especially in the past three years,the phenomenon of"slow employment"among undergraduate graduates has been prominent,and it is more evident in local undergraduate universities.The reasons for this are influenced by various factors such as schools,students and parents,and the external environment.Focusing on the strategic needs of international dissemination of Chinese language and culture,we need to take a long-term perspective and consider comprehensively.Schools,students and the state need to cooperate to fundamentally solve the problems of slow employment,mismatched employment and low-quality employment of talents in international Chinese education.Only then can we effectively promote the healthy and long-term development of this profession.
