摘要
目的 观察电针针刺锥体交叉区治疗偏头痛的临床效果.方法 2009年12月-2011年12月接诊的180例偏头痛随机分为电针组、普通针灸组和药物组,每组60例.电针组采用电针针刺锥体交叉区,普通针灸组依据<针灸治疗学>常规取穴,药物组口服氨咖苷片.于治疗后10 d评价视觉模拟评分(VAS)下降情况、头痛严重程度、临床疗效,随访3个月观察复发情况.结果 3组治疗后各时点VAS下降值、头痛严重程度、临床疗效、复发率比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05,P＜0.01);电针组治疗后各时点VAS下降值、轻度头痛以下及无痛率、总有效率均高于普通针灸组和药物组,复发率低于普通针灸组和药物组(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).结论 电针针刺锥体交叉区治疗偏头痛近期及远期疗效确切,疗程短、见效快、作用持久.
Abstract
Objective To observe clinical effects of electroacupuncture in pyramidal cross area in treatment of migraine. Methods A total of 180 patients with migraine during December 2009 and December 2011 were randomly divided into electroacupuncture group ( group A, n = 60 ), ordinary acupuncture group ( group B, n = 60 ) and medicine group ( group C, n =60 ). Group A was treated with electroacupuncture in pyramidal cross area; group B was treated with routine point locating according to Acupuncture Therapeutics; group C was treated with Ammonia glycosides tables. The descending scores of visual analogue score ( VAS ), severe degrees of migraine and the clinical effects of the three groups were evaluated after treatment for 10 days, and relapse information was observed with follow-up for 3 month. Results There were significant differences on descending scores of VAS at each time point, severe degrees of migraine, clinical effects and relapse rates in three groups ( P < 0. 05 , P < 0. 01 ); the descending scores of VAS at each time point, the slight headache and no headache rates and total efficiency rate in group A were significantly higher than those in group B and C ; while after treatment relapse rate in group A was significantly lower than those in group B and C ( P < 0. 05 ,P < 0. 01 ). Conclusion The method of electroacupuncture in pyramidal cross area has obviously short-term and long-term effects in treatment of migraine. The treatment period is of short time, quick and lasting effect.
