Preparation of Enteric-coated Lactase Capsules with Sodium Alginate-chitosan
Objective To explore the preparation method of enteric-coated lactase capsules with sodium alginate-chitosan. Methods The effect of concentrations of Sodium Alginate, Chitosan and Calcium Chloride on microcap-sule in protection of Lactase activity were investigated with the single factor experiment, and the operating parameters of the preparation process was optimized by response surface method. Results When the Sodium Alginate concentration was 1.8667% , 0.4318% of Chitosan concentration, and 0.9416% of Calcium Chloride concentration, and the enteric-coated lactase capsules had good protection effect on Lactase in artificial simulated gastric juice, and the capsule could be completely decomposed in the artificial simulated intestinal fluid within 2 h. Conclusion The enteric-coated lactase capsules with sodium alginate-chitosan is effective in protection of rumen.
