元代戏曲文体观念形成及理论贡献考论

摘要
元代戏曲家在长期戏曲实践积累的基础上,不断总结经验,推进理论建设.胡祗遹强调杂剧"杂"的艺术特点和表演的"九美说";周德清《中原音韵》继承燕南芝庵对"乐府""成文章"的要求,突出"体制""法度",阐述作曲"十法",为北曲确立文体规范;夏庭芝界定"传奇""戏文""院本""杂剧"不同阶段的文体内涵;陶宗仪梳理戏曲文体源流,注意到其叙事特征;钟嗣成《录鬼簿》以明确的文体意识和尊体观念,高抬元代剧作家和戏曲文体,宣告元杂剧的文体独立性.这些论述从文体特征、文体规范、文体风格、文体发展等方面,初步形成了较为系统的戏曲文体观念,为后世戏曲理论和实践的发展奠定了基础,并从理论上将元杂剧推向"一代之文学".
Abstract
Building on prior practical experience,dramatists of the Yuan Dynasty advanced the theoreti-cal construction of traditional Chinese opera.Hu Zhiyu proposed the stylistic characteristics of"Za"in Zaju and the"Nine Types of Beauty"in performance.Zhou Deqing's Zhongyuan Yinyun inherited Yan Gong-nan's principles for"Yuefu"to achieve literary artistry,emphasizing"system"and"style",detailing the"ten methods"of composition,and establishing stylistic norms for Beiqu.Xia Tingzhi defined the stylistic connotations of various stages,including Chuanqi,Xiwen,Yuanben and Zaju.Tao Zongyi explored the ori-gins and evolution of traditional Chinese opera styles,focusing on their narrative features.Zhong Sicheng's Lu Gui Bu elevated playwrights and literary styles of Yuan Dynasty with clarity and reverence,asserting the genre's independence.These discussions initially formed a systematic concept of genre of traditional Chinese opera,addressing its characteristics,norms,styles,and development.This foundational work propelled Yuan Zaju into a recognized"literature of the generation",influencing subsequent theories and practices in traditional Chinese opera.
