Ten Years of Research on China's Pilot Free Trade Zones:Features,Hot ppots and Evolutionary Paths——A Visual Econometric Analysis based on CiteSpace
The construction of China's Pilot Free Trade Zone(FTZ)carries an important historical mission of promoting opening-up through reform.Based on 629 studies from CSSCI sources on China Knowledge Network from 2013 to 2022,a bibliometric analysis of China's FTZ research was conducted to identify influential scholars,journals,institutions,and some milestone keywords.As the results suggest,research on FTZs has been fruitful in the fields of investment,trade,finance and government administration,and the annual publications are closely related to the central and local FTZ policies;stable research teams have been formed in all research directions,but the frequency of cross-university and cross-regional cooperation between different teams is relatively low;the research covers a wide range of disciplines and is highly integrated;the research mainly focuses on the five dimensions of strategic connotation,performance and dilemma,formation and evolution,synergistic development and rule of law business environment;the theoretical research has gone through three stages,such as embryonic,mature and rapid development,with the focus of each stage shifting from conceptual connotation to policy effects and then to the exploration of realistic development paths.The results are of theoretical significance for understanding the research on FTZ and its future.
