大学生学业主动行为的构成与测量——基于津冀地区高校大学生的调查

大学生在学业发展中的主动性对个人成长,社会人力资本培育,国家教育振兴具有持续性的积极影响.然而,积极学业行为的结构和测量国内外学界尚无统一定论,更缺乏中国情境的测量工具.论文在积极组织行为研究成果和主动行为理论的探照下,对新时代下大学生学业发展主动行为进行了概念界定、维度划分和量表开发.具体地,阐释了大学生学业发展主动行为的内涵,构建了一个包含当前自主学习行为、政治自觉行为以及实践自发行为三维概念结构,并先后综合质性和量化研究设定了 21 项行为测量条目.结果表明,测量中国特色情境的大学生学业发展主动行为的量表具有良好的信效度.
Concept,Structure,and Measurement of College Students' Proactive Academic Behaviors for Learning and Development
The initiative of college students in academic development has a continuous positive impact on their personal growth,social human capital development,and national education development.However,a universally accepted criterion for academic behavior measurements is yet to be set up for Chinese context.This study aims to define the concept,classify the dimensions,and develop a scale for proactive behavior of college students'academic development in the new era from the perspective of positive organizational behavior.The study has defined the connotation of proactive behavior of college students'academic development,constructed a three-dimensional conceptual structure including current autonomous learning behavior,political conscious behavior and practical spontaneous behavior,and determined 21 behavioral measurement items via qualitative and quantitative analysis.The results indicate that the scale for measuring the proactive behavior of college students'academic development in the context of Chinese characteristics has good reliability and validity.
