Local Economic Rights in the Context of Regional Development
The theory of local economic rights has lagged behind the practice in the long-term regional development.Local economic rights are theoretically based on the multi-level nature of the rights subject and focus on the economic development interests of various regions in the context of regional development.Local economic rights have their legal theoretical sources in the Constitution and economic law departments.The rights in the economic law department have a two-level structure,and local economic rights belong to the second level of economic rights.The main content of local economic rights is the right to development,competition,compensation and supervision.Finally,the realization of local economic rights needs the institutional guarantee of normative regional legal system and specialized regional coordination institutions to further improve and enrich economic rights.
