Operational Efficiency Evaluation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Technology Business Incubators
Technology business incubator is part of China's scientific and technological innovation system,which provides an important support for China's scientific and technological innovation.Compared with leading countries in this regard,there are still some weak links in China's science and technology business incubators.The evaluation of the management and operation process of science and technology business incubators is an important part of the government's supervision.Scientific and reasonable evaluation methods are of great significance for the healthy development of science and technology business incubators.This paper uses data envelopment analysis as well as the theory of innovation value chain to construct a dynamic network SBM evaluation model.The study also evaluates the operational efficiency of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei science and technology business incubators,and provides suggestions on the improvement of their operational efficiency.
