Research on the Development and Utilization of Rural Renewable Energy in China Based on Three-way Evolutionary Game Theory
A tripartite evolutionary game model of farmers,government energy authorities and grass-roots organizations in the process of rural renewable energy development and utilization was constructed.Matlab was used to conduct numerical simulation of the evolution process of strategic behavior of the tripartite entities,and the impact of changes in key parameters on the system evo-lution results was analyzed.The results show that the main influencing factor of farmers'decision-making is equipment cost;The decision of the energy bureau mainly depends on the fine to the farmers and the human,material and financial costs of the energy Bureau.The strategic influence factors at the grass-roots level are mainly the subsidies received and the cost of supervision.It is proposed that the development and utilization of rural renewable energy should be promoted from the aspects of increasing economic input and scientific development and utilization of energy,so as to help rural revitalization.
