Research on the Path to Improve Digital Literacy of Application-oriented Undergraduate Talents
The digital transformation is reshaping society,labor market and future work forms.Digi-tal literacy has become a fundamental skill for citizens'survival and a core indicator for the cultiva-tion of appliedundergraduatetalents.This study reviews the research on digital literacy both domes-tically and internationally.Based on the three elements of digital knowledge,digital ability and dig-ital attitude,a basic framework of digital literacy for applied undergraduate talents is constructed,which includes 3 major quality domains 7 basicabilities and 12 specific abilities.This study propo-ses three improvement paths:strengthening the construction of digital general education courses,empowering professional courses with digital technology and radiating digital literacy of teachers to students.It will implement the digital literacy development of applied undergraduate talents by im-proving existing general education courses,professional courses and teacher development paths.
