发展清洁能源对减污降碳的影响机理与效应分析

基于中国30个省份2011-2022年的面板数据,构建双向固定效应模型、调节效应模型,实证分析发展清洁能源对减污降碳的影响.结果表明:发展清洁能源对减污降碳具有显著促进作用;发展清洁能源对减污降碳的影响存在地理区位异质性、经济发展阶段异质性和资源依赖属性异质性;环境规制对清洁能源发展促进减污降碳具有显著正向调节作用.
The Mechanism and Effects Analysis of Clean Energy Development on Pollution Reduction and Carbon Emission Mitigation
Based on panel data from 30 provinces in China spanning from 2011 to 2022,a two-way fixed effects model and a moderated effects model were constructed to empirically analyze the impact of developing clean energy on pollution reduction and carbon mitigation.The results indi-cate that the development of clean energy significantly promotes pollution reduction and carbon mitigation.The impact of developing clean energy on pollution reduction and carbon mitigation exhibits geographical location heterogeneity,economic development stage heterogeneity,and re-source dependency attribute heterogeneity.Environmental regulations have a significantly positive moderating effect on the promotion of pollution reduction and carbon mitigation through the devel-opment of clean energy.
