徽州乡村人居环境生态文明建设综合评价

基于复合生态理论构建评价指标,运用熵权-TOPSIS法和区域耦合协调度模型,分析2012-2023年徽州乡村地区人居环境生态文明建设,从空间区域形式、时间动态情况和发展变化趋势几个方面进行综合评价研究.结果表明:2012-2023年徽州3区7县乡村人居环境生态文明综合得分呈上升趋势,熵权TOPSIS贴近度从高到低依次为歙县、屯溪区、休宁县、黄山区、绩溪县、祁门县、徽州区、旌德县、石台县和黟县.利用耦合协调度模型对该地区进行协调程度分类,明确各部分之间的协调程度,空间分布格局基本呈现"南低、东西平、北高"的地区演变特征.准则层上涨幅度从高到低依次为经济质量、社会发展和自然生态.经济质量显著提升,社会发展形成正向间接效应,自然生态呈现拉动式发展效益.
Comprehensive Evaluation Research on Ecological Civilization Construction of Huizhou Rural Habitat Environment
Based on the composite ecological theory to construct evaluation indexes,this paper used entropy weight TOPSIS and regional coupling coordination degree of coordination model to analyze the construction of ecological civilization of human habitat in rural areas of Huizhou from 2012 to 2023,and carried out a comprehensive evaluation research in terms of spatial regional form,time dynamic situation and development change trend.The results show that the comprehen-sive score of ecological civilization of rural habitat in seven counties in three districts of Huizhou shows an upward trend from 2012 to 2023,and the entropy weight TOPSIS closeness from high to low is Shexian County,Tunxi District,Xiuning County,Huangshan District,Jixi County,Qimen County,Huizhou District,Jing County,Shitai County and Yixian County in order of magnitude.The degree of coordination of the region is categorized using the coupled coordination degree mo-del,which clarifies the degree of coordination between the various parts,and the spatial distribution pattern basically shows the regional evolution characteristics of"low in the south,flat in the east and west,and high in the north".According to the comprehensive analysis,the guideline level in-creases from high to low in the order of economic quality,social development and natural ecology.Economic quality shows a positive correlation and significant increase,social development forms a positive indirect effect,and natural ecology shows a pull-type development benefit.
