区域低碳竞争力评价及障碍因子识别——以安徽省为例

摘要
低碳竞争力的高低是判断区域可持续发展实力的重要标志.为了系统有效地评价区域低碳竞争力的发展状况,采用熵权TOPSIS法结合耦合协调度模型和障碍度模型,从经济、能源、产业科技、社会生活、环境五个方面选取 20 个指标评价了 2010-2022 年安徽省低碳竞争力的动态变化趋势、子系统耦合协调程度及障碍因子,结果表明:综合水平在 2010-2022 年整体呈稳步增长趋势,由2010 年的0.443 提升至 2022 年的 0.799,逐步趋于较优水平;2010-2022 年5 个子系统之间的耦合协调度整体提高,由 2010 年的 0.355(轻度失调)提高至 2022年的0.917(优质协调);各子系统对低碳竞争力的影响表现为能源子系统>经济子系统>环境子系统>产业科技子系统>社会生活子系统.
Abstract
The level of low-carbon competitiveness is an important symbol to judge the strength of regional sustainable development.In order to systematically and effectively evaluate the develop-ment of regional low-carbon competitiveness,the entropy weight TOPSIS method combined with the coupling coordination degree model and the obstacle degree model is adopted.From the five as-pects of economy,energy,industrial science and technology,social life and environment,20 indica-tors were selected to evaluate the dynamic change trend,subsystem coupling coordination degree and obstacle factors of low-carbon competitiveness in Anhui Province during 2010-2022.The re-sults show that:The overall level showed a steady growth trend from 2010 to 2022,increasing from 0.443 in 2010 to 0.799 in 2022,and gradually tending to a better level.From 2010 to 2022,the coupling coordination degree between the five subsystems was improved overall,from 0.355(mild misalignment)in 2010 to 0.917(good coordination)in 2022;The impact of each subsys-tem on low-carbon competitiveness is manifested as energy subsystem>economic subsystem>envi-ronment subsystem>industrial science and technology subsystem>social life subsystem.
