京津冀城市群生态安全格局时空演化特征分析

基于驱动力-压力-状态-影响-响应(DPSIR)模型构建生态安全评价指标体系,综合运用熵权TOPSIS法对京津冀城市群 2003-2022 年生态安全格局的时空演化特征进行分析.结果显示:时间上,2003-2022 年京津冀城市群生态安全综合指数位于(0.4,0.6]区间内,生态安全水平处于临界安全和一般安全等级之间,但是生态安全水平整体持续上升,总体向较为安全的趋势发展;空间上,京津冀地区不同城市生态安全水平的演变趋势存在明显差异,生态安全格局呈现由"中心高、四周低"的圈层分布向"西北高、东南低"的"T"型分布转变.根据分析结果,从绿色发展、政策设计、区域联建联防等方面提出优化京津冀城市群生态安全格局的对策建议.
Spatial-Temporal Evolution Characteristics and Countermeasure of Ecological Security in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration
Established an ecological security indicator system based on the DPSIR framework and analyzed the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of the ecological security pattern in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration from 2003 to 2022.The key factors affecting ecological securi-ty are identified by combining the DPSIR sub index and factor analysis method.The results show that:In terms of time,the comprehensive index of ecological security in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration from 2003 to 2022 has been in the range of(0.4,0.6]for a long time,and the level of ecological security is between the critical safety level and the general safety level.However,the overall level of ecological security continues to rise and develops towards a relatively safe trend;In terms of space,there are significant differences in the evolution trend of ecological security levels in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and the ecological security pattern shows a transition from a circle distribution of"high in the center and low in the surrounding areas"to a"T"distribution of"high in the northwest and low in the southeast".To build a strong ecological se-curity barrier,it is necessary to adhere to ecological priority and green development,increase tech-nical support and policy design,and improve the regional joint construction,prevention,and gov-ernance mechanism.
