淮河流域工业水资源绿色效率测算及空间分异研究

以淮河流域39 个城市为研究对象,运用超效率SBM模型测算 2011-2021 年各市工业水资源绿色效率水平,探究淮河流域工业绿色水资源利用效率空间的分布特征及其演变过程,并利用标准差椭圆法对效率的空间转移变化进行分析.结果表明:淮河流域工业水资源绿色效率整体呈上升趋势,但波动较大,区域间差异显著,表现为上游、下游高,中游低.省际间,淮河流域山东段工业水资源绿色效率较高,安徽段相对较低.城际间,泰安市效率值偏高,淮南、淮北市效率值偏低.淮河流域工业水资源绿色水资源空间上呈"东北—西南"分布格局,效率重心整体向西南方向移动,移动轨迹为"东北—西南—西北".
Study on Green Efficiency Measurement and Spatial Differentiation of Industrial Water Resources in Huaihe River Basin
Taking 39 cities in Huaihe River Basin as the research object,the super-efficiency SBM model is used to measure the level of green efficiency of industrial water resources in each city from 2011 to 2021,to explore the distribution characteristics of the space of industrial green water resources use efficiency in the Huaihe River Basin and its evolution,and to analyse the change of the efficiency's spatial transfer using the standard deviation ellipse method.The results indicate that:The overall green efficiency of industrial water resources in the Huaihe River Basin shows an upward trend,but with large fluctuations and significant inter-regional differences,which is manifested as high in the upstream and downstream,and low in the middle reaches.Be-tween provinces,the green efficiency of industrial water resources in the Huaihe River Basin is higher in the Shandong section and relatively lower in the Anhui section.Between cities,the effi-ciency value of Tai'an City is high,the efficiency value of Huainan and Huaibei City is low.The green water resources of industrial water resources in the Huaihe River Basin have a spatial distri-bution pattern of"Northeast—Southwest",with the centre of gravity of efficiency moving towards the southwest,and the trajectory of movement is"Northeast—Southwest—Northwest".
