黄河流域绿色金融、数字经济与经济发展的协调驱动分析

摘要
选取黄河流域各省份 2011-2020 年的绿色金融、数字经济和经济高质量发展数据,构建3 个系统的评价指标体系,运用CRITIC-TOPSIS评价法测度3 个系统的发展水平,结合耦合模型测算耦合协调水平,运用多种计量模型检验绿色金融与数字经济对经济高质量发展的协同影响与作用机制.结果表明:绿色金融和数字经济对经济高质量发展具有正向促进作用,两者对经济高质量发展的协调促进作用显著为正;绿色金融与数字经济协同促进绿色技术创新和经济高质量发展;在经济高质量发展水平较高的地区,绿色金融和数字经济对经济高质量发展的协同促进作用更为显著.
Abstract
Selects the data of the Yellow River Basin provinces from 2011 to 2020,constructs the evaluation index system of green finance,digital economy and economic high-quality develop-ment,measures the development level of the three systems using the CRITIC-TOPSIS evaluation method,combines the coupling model to measure the level of coupling coordination,and uses a va-riety of econometric models to test the synergistic impacts and roles of green finance and the digital economy on the high-quality development of the economy mechanism.The results show that:green finance and digital economy have a positive contribution to the development of economic high quality,and the coordinated contribution of the two to the development of economic high quality is significantly positive;green finance and digital economy promote the development of e-conomic high quality through the synergistic promotion of green technological innovation;the syn-ergistic promotion of the development of economic high quality by green finance and digital econo-my is more significant in the regions with a higher level of economic high quality development.In the region with a higher level of high-quality economic development,the synergistic effect of green finance and digital economy on high-quality economic development is more significant.
