Environmental police law enforcement dilemma and countermeasures in China
As an important part of ecological environmental protection law enforcement,the envi-ronmental police should pay attention to and enhance the effectiveness of environmental police law enforcement in the process of continuously promoting the modernization of the ecological environ-mental governance system and governance capacity.At present,due to the real problems in the law enforcement basis,law enforcement professionalism,law enforcement collaboration mechanism and law enforcement supervision mechanism of environmental police in China,it restricts the full play of the law enforcement effectiveness of the environmental police.Combined with the current situa-tion of law enforcement of environmental police in China and its important role in the ecological civilization and environmental governance system,this paper puts forward countermeasures in terms of standardizing the basis of law enforcement,enhancing law enforcement professionalism,improv-ing law enforcement collaboration mechanisms,and perfecting law enforcement supervision mecha-nisms,in order to enhance the effectiveness of law enforcement of the environmental police,and help to improve the modernized ecological and environmental governance system of the Chinese style.
