基于计划行为理论的员工亲环境行为影响因素研究

摘要
为了探究环境意识、绿色自我效能感和亲环境主观规范对员工亲环境行为的影响及作用路径,基于计划行为理论构建了员工亲环境行为的影响因素模型.以企业员工为对象进行数据收集,共收回310 份有效样本.研究结果表明:环境意识、亲环境主观规范正向预测员工亲环境行为意图;绿色自我效能感正向预测员工亲环境意图及其行为;环境意识、亲环境主观规范和绿色自我效能感通过员工亲环境行为意图的中介作用间接正向预测员工亲环境行为.
Abstract
In order to explore the impact of environmental awareness,green self-efficacy and pro-environment subjective norms on employees'pro-environmental behavior and their action paths,a model of influencing factors of employees'pro-environmental behavior was constructed based on the theory of planned behavior.Data collection was conducted on enterprise employees,and 310 valid samples were collected.The results showed that environmental awareness and pro-environ-ment subjective norms positively predicted employees'pro-environmental behavior intention.Green self-efficacy positively predicted employees'pro-environmental behavior and intention.Environ-mental awareness,pro-environment subjective norms and green self-efficacy indirectly and positive-ly predicted employees'pro-environmental behavior through the mediating effect of employees'pro-environmental behavior intention.
