浸泡时长及GA3对砂生槐种子萌发的影响

以砂生槐种子为材料,利用清水、300 mg·L-1和600 mg·L-1GA3浸泡种子2 d、4 d和8 d,探讨不同处理对砂生槐种子萌发特性的影响.结果表明,随着浸泡时间的延长,砂生槐种子的发芽率有所提高,而且4~8 d的300 mg·L-1 GA3浸种可显著提高砂生槐种子的发芽率,相比清水浸泡发芽率提高10%~15%.对于发芽势,清水、300 mg·L-1及600 mg ·L-1 3种处理在浸泡2d和8d后只有一个发芽势高峰,而浸泡4 d后有两个发芽势高峰.同时,方差分析结果表明,发芽率在9种不同处理间呈极显著差异,腐烂率呈显著差异,但硬实率在不同处理间没有显著差异.
The study is to explore the effects of different treatments on the germination characteristics of Sophora moorcroftiana seeds,in which the seeds were soaked in water,300 mg·L-1 and 600 mg·L-1 GA3 for 2,4,and 8 days.The results showed that with the extension of soaking time,the germination rate of S.moorcroftiana seeds increased,and soa-king with 300 mg·L-1 GA3for 4-8 days can significantly improve the germination rate,which is 10%-15%higher than soaking with water.For germination-vigor,there was only one peak of germination-vigor after soaking for 2 days and 8 days in water,and GA3 300 mg·L-1 and 600 mg·L-1 treatments,while there were two peaks after soaking for 4 days.Meanwhile,the analysis of variance results showed that there were extremely significant differences in germination rate and decay rate among 9 different treatments,but there was no significant difference in hard seed rate among different treatments.
