摘要

利用OS30P+叶绿素荧光仪测定油茶不同月份和秋季连阴雨期间快速叶绿素荧光诱导动力学曲线,开展秋季连阴雨对油茶叶片PSⅡ的影响研究.结果表明:2020年5-8月,油茶新叶叶绿素荧光参数存在一定的波动,但各月份的叶绿素荧光参数之间无显著差异.油茶新叶前期PSⅡ中QA向QB的电子传递效率低于后期,新叶前期电子传递速率可能受到抑制.2020年9月17-28日,发生了中度秋季连阴雨天气,该时期快速叶绿素荧光诱导动力学参数无显著变化,阴雨寡照天气对油茶光合系统没有造成显著的不利影响.可以认为,秋季中度连阴雨天气对油茶的光合系统没有造成显著的不利影响.

Abstract

In order to investigate the influence of continuous autumn rain on the PSⅡ of Camellia oleifera,an OS30P+modulated chlorophyll fluorometer was used to monitor the dynamic curves of rapid chlorophyll fluorescence induction of C.oleifera under continuous autumn rain.The results showed that the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of C.oleifera's new leaves fluctuated May to August 2020,along with no significant variation between the chlorophyll fluorescence pa-rameters of each month.The electron transfer efficiency from QA to QB was lower in the early stage of new leaves than that in the later stage,suggesting that the electron transfer rate is inhibited in the early stage of new leaves.There was a moderate continuous rain in autumn from September 17 to 28,2020,with no significant change in the kinetic parameters of rapid chlorophyll fluorescence induction.The cloudy and rainy weather had no significantly adverse effects on the photo-synthetic apparatus of C.oleifera.It can be considered that the moderate continuous rainy weather in autumn did not cause substantial negative effects on the photosynthetic organs of C.oleifera.
