The current high-quality development of forestry has become the inevitable requirement of the new era,and the under-forest economy industry has become an important form of contemporary forestry development with a broad de-velopment prospect.In this paper,starting from the under-forest economy policy text,based on the research paradigm of LDA theme model and policy text quantification,we identify the policy themes related to the under-forest economy and use the Nvivo content analysis method for theme validation.From the seven policy themes identified,the industrial policies of the under-forest economy are analyzed in depth,and a number of policy recommendations are put forward from the perspectives of policy research and management,with a view to improving the effectiveness of the under-forest economy policies and promoting the high-quality development of the under-forest economy.
