湖北大老岭国家级自然保护区四川杜鹃群落调查研究

为了解湖北大老岭国家级自然保护区四川杜鹃群落特征,通过设置样方法,对该群落的物种组成、群落结构及物种多样性进行研究,结果表明:研究样地内共有维管束植物34科52属65种,其中乔木14科21属29种,草本15科22属26种,灌木7科7属7种,藤本2科2属3种.样地内四川杜鹃为优势种,共有334株,其中四川杜鹃古树75株,四川杜鹃大小级结构完整,种群相对稳定.该群落垂直结构明显,乔木层优势种为四川杜鹃、灌木层优势种为箬竹、草本层优势种为山酢浆草.对该群落生物多样性分析显示,丰富度指数为乔木层>草本层>灌木层,Simpson指数和Shannon-wiener指数为草本层>乔木层>灌木层.
Investigation and Study of Rhododendron sutchuenense Ancient Tree Community in Hubei Dalaoling National Nature Reserve
We aim to understand the characteristics of Rhododendron sutchuenense ancient tree community in the Dalaol-ing National Nature Reserve.We studied the species composition,community structure and species diversity of the R.sutchuenense ancient tree community by using quadrat investigation.The results showed that there were 65 species of vas-cular plants existed in the sampling plots,belonging to 34 families and 52 genera,including 29 arbor species belonging to 14 families 21 genera,26 herb species belonging to 15 families 22 genera,7 shrub species species belonging to 7 families 7 gen-era,3 liana species belonging to 2 families 2 genera.R.sutchuenense was the dominant species in the sampling plots,with a total of 334 plants,and 75 ancient trees.The size structure of R.sutchuenense was intact and the population of R.sutchuenense was relatively stable.The vertical structure of the community was obvious,with R.sutchuenense,Indocala-mus tessellatus and Oxalis griffithii as the dominant species in the arbor layer,shrub layer and herb layer respectively.The analysis of the biodiversity of the community showed that the average richness index was the arbor layer>herb layer>shrub layer,and the Simpson and Shannon-wiener index were herb layer>tree layer>shrub layer.
