Preliminary Analysis of the Effect and Cost of Different Construction Modes of Forest Fire Prevention Camellia oleifera Blocking Zone in Hubei Province
In order to explore the suitable afforestation mode of Camellia oleifera fire prevention belt, four different af-forestation modes were designed with the ways of land preparation, planting mode, planting density, variety selection as the main test factors, and the survival rate, growth, woodland mixed irrigation growth, fire prevention function difference and benefits were investigated and analyzed. The results show that the survival rate of Wangling and Yanmen modes were significantly higher than that of Shilong and Xiannv, the survival rate reached 93.67%,the growth difference of new shoots was not significant, the growth potential of forest woodland was weak, significantly reduced, and the input cost in the initial stage of construction was 4 500-5 200 yuan·hm-2.In the whole, the construction of Camellia oleifera fire prevention belt by Wangling mode and Yanmen mode is conducive to the survival and growth of camellia oil, which can enhance the fire prevention effect of the forest crown and the surface, give play to the double fire prevention effect of bi-ological prevention belt and raw soil prevention belt, and realize the organic combination of ecological, economic and so-cial benefits.
