城市湿地湿生生境分类与草本层自生植物群落特征

城市湿地是城市生态系统的基本组成成分,具有重要的生态功能和经济应用价值.为了探明合肥十八联圩湿地湿生生境草本层自生植物群落的组成、多样性以及相似性特征,设置了 22个样地、110个样方进行调查.结果表明,十八联圩湿地湿生生境主要包括水边、路边、林下、弃耕地、铁路桥下、草地、田边等7种类型;调查共记录到152种植物,隶属于45科109属,菊科、禾本科和蓼科为优势科.从生活型看,多年生草本植物种类最多,占总物种数的40.78%;其次是1年生草本植物,占总物种数的33.55%;不同生境间草本层自生植物的物种多样性差异不显著(P<0.05),群落相似性高.研究结果为十八联圩湿地的管理与发展建设提供了科学数据.
Classification of Wetland Habitats and Analysis of Spontaneous Vegetation Characteristics in Herb Layer:A Case of Hefei Shibalianwei Wetland
Urban wetlands are a fundamental component of urban ecosystems,with important ecological functions and e-conomic application value.In order to explore the composition,diversity and similarity characteristics of the spontaneous plant communities in herbaceous layer in the wet habitats of Hefei Shibalianwei Wetland,22 sample plots and 110 sample quadrats were set up.The results showed that the wet habitats in Shibalianwei Wetland mainly include seven types,namely waterside,roadside,under-forest,abandoned cultivated land,under railway bridges,grassland and field edge.A total of 152 plant species belonging to 109 genera of 45 families were recorded,with Asteraceae,Poaceae and Polygonaceae being the dominant families.In terms of life forms,perennial herbaceous plants were the dominant type,accounting for 40.78%of the total species,followed by annual herbaceous plants,accounting for 33.55%;There were no significant differences in the species diversity of spontaneous vegetation in the herb layer among different wetland habitats in the Shibalianwei wet-land(P<0.05),but with a higher community similarity.The research results provide scientific data for the management and development of the Hefei Shibalianwei wetland.
