Acupoint Selection of Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Multiple Sclerosis:A Study Based on Data Mining Techniques
Objective To analyze the acupoint selection rules of acupuncture and moxibustion formultiple sclerosis by data mining technology.Methods Literature regarding acupuncture for peripheral facial paralysis was retrieved in CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,and PubMed from built to July 2023.Microsoft Excel 2021 software was used to establish a database to conduct the descriptive analysis of acupoints.SPSS Modeler 18.0 Apriori algorithm was used to conduct association rule analysis.The high-frequency acupoint co-occurrence network diagrams were drawn by Cyto-scape3.10.0 software.SPSS Statistics 26.0 software was used to perform hierarchical cluster a-nalysis on high-frequency acupoints and a Pedigree diagram was drawn.Results Totally 24 arti-cles were included,and 18 prescriptions of acupuncture and moxibustion were extracted,invol-ving 52 acupoints,with a total frequency of 174 times.The top three acupoints with the highest frequency of use were Sanyinjiao(SP 6),Zusanli(ST 36)and Baihui(GV 20).The selected meridians were mainly the governor vessel,the foot shaoyangmeridians and yangming meridi-ans.In terms of acupoint compatibility,Zusanli and Baihui had the highest support degree.The high-frequency acupoints could be divided into 3 effective clusters.Conclusion In modern acu-puncture and moxibustion treatment formultiple sclerosis,the principle of awakening the spirit and regulating qi and blood,the use of yang meridian is emphasised,and the principle of distant and near matching points is followed.The core prescription is Baihui-Foot Sanli-Sanyinjiao-Hegu-Quchi,the use of which still needs to be combined with the clinical reality of the selec-tion of acupoints..
