An Analysis of Policy Texts on Forging a Strong Sense of Community among the Chinese People
Analyzing the policy texts on forging a strong sense of community among the Chinese people released by government departments in China can provide reference and guidance for governments at all levels to improve relevant policies and further improve the policy system for ethnic work in due course.Based on the perspective of policy instruments,Nvivo 12 qualitative analysis software was used to quantitatively analyze 26 policy texts issued by the government to forge a strong sense of community among the Chinese people,and to explore the shortcomings of existing policies.There are still problems in the structure of policy instruments,distribution of policy tasks,and coordination between policy instruments and policy tasks in the current policy texts on forging a strong sense of community among the Chinese people,which has greatly affected the effectiveness of the policies.The formulation of future relevant policies can be approached from three aspects:optimizing the structure of policy instruments,balancing the distribution of policy tasks,and adjusting the coordination and matching of policy instruments and tasks,to enhance the rationality of policies that forge a strong sense of community among the Chinese people.
