论中国特有的教育家精神作为"师魂"内蕴的逻辑理路

习近平总书记凝练提出的中国特有的教育家精神,是党的红色基因的鲜明体现,是教师队伍为党育人、为国育才和建功强国建设、民族复兴伟业的"师魂".中国特有的教育家精神,为中国共产党精神谱系生发枝叶而增添光谱,是"第二个结合"的重要精神升华,充分彰显马克思主义理论创新特质.从中国共产党百年奋斗的大历史观来看,教育家精神形成的过程与党的历史共生同行,表征了重教救国筑基、重教兴国培元、重教富国固本、重教强国圆梦的过程.新时代大力弘扬这一伟大精神,要注重理想引领、内化于心,把中国特有的教育家精神牢固内塑为信念,实现从外化到内化的塑魂;注重载体运用、融化于境,把中国特有的教育家精神传播弘扬为能量,实现从感性到理性的凝魂;注重动力激发、具化于行,把中国特有的教育家精神转化产出为成效,实现从单向到双向的铸魂;注重机制保障、固化于制,把中国特有的教育家精神薪火相传为规范,实现从倡导到常态的立魂.
Logical Reasoning of the Spirit of Educators with Distinctive Chinese Characteristics as the Soul of Teachers
