区域农业全产业链情报生态系统:内涵、结构、特征及运行机制

区域农业全产业链情报生态系统为区域农业全产业链的有效运转提供农资供应、农技服务、生产全过程监测与保障、农产品市场行情、农产品产销对接等情报服务,是区域农业全产业链生态系统的一个重要的功能子系统.在文献梳理的基础上,对区域农业全产业链情报生态系统的内涵作了界定,分析了由微观系统、中间系统、外层系统、宏观系统等4 个子系统构成的区域农业全产业链情报生态系统的嵌套结构,提出了区域农业全产业链情报生态系统是一个具有开放性、区域性、复杂性、共生性与协同演化性等多方面特征的情报生态协同体,并结合安徽皖垦集团案例作了深入分析.最后,解析了区域农业全产业链情报生态系统的全产业链各节点间的协同驱动、外层系统与中间系统间的协同驱动、情报聚合与输送、多维立体驱动和动态演化驱动等五大关键运行机制.
Regional Agricultural Whole Industry Chain Information Ecosystem:Connotation,Structure,Characteristics and Operation Mechanism
The regional agricultural whole industry chain information ecosystem is an important functional subsystem of the regional agricultural whole industry chain ecosystem,which provides information services such as supply of agricultural materials,agricultural technology services,monitoring and guarantee of the whole process of production,market of agricultural products,and production and marketing connection of agricultural products for the effective operation of the latter.On the basis of literature review,the paper defined the connotation of the information ecosystem of the regional agricultural whole industry chain,and analyzed its nested structure which was composed of four subsystems,namely the micro system,the inter-mediate system,the external system and the macro system.It pointed out that the information ecosystem is open,regional,complex,symbiotic and co-evolutionary,and further analyzed the case of Anhui Wan-ken Group.Finally,the paper explained five key operation mechanisms of this ecosystem,including syn-ergistic drives among nodes,synergistic drives between the external system and the intermediate system,aggregation and transmission of information,multi-dimensional and interlinked drives and the dynamic evolving drives.
