Four-dimensional Analysis of Rural Governance Digitization Based on Synergy Theory
The construction of digital villages is not only a strategic direction for rural revitalization, but also an important part of building a digital China.By constructing a four-dimensional analytical logic of"subject-process-element-space" in the digitization of rural governance,it found that there are four dilemmas in the process of rural governance digitization in China including single subject, unidirectional process, unequal elements, and spatial segmentation, which highlight phenomena such as "digital bu-reaucracy","digital islands","discourse hegemony",and "elite capture".Therefore,it is necessary for the digitization of rural governance to shift from "one-way management" to "diversified govern-ance",from"disconnected entities" to"grasp the key point",and from"block segmentation" to"global collaboration" by promoting the bidirectional process of rural digital governance, enhancing the visibility of digital governance networks, and accelerating the sharing and open flow of governance elements in an integrated space on the basis of collaborative cooperation among multiple entities. It is an effective opti-mized path to promote the digitization of rural governance.
