The development of rural collective economy is an important way to promote the common pros-perity of farmers in rural areas.The development of rural collective economy has its profound foundation of system,organization and property right.This paper analyzes and studies the institutional evolution,realis-tic obstacles and path choice of China's rural collective economy development.It finds that the develop-ment of rural collective economy has the evolving logic involving multiple systems such as land,organiza-tion and property rights;Realistic obstacles for the development of Chinas rural collective economy in-clude that the natural economy and collective economic organizations need to be innovated,the land sys-tem needs to be further reformed,and the contradiction between productivity and relations of production has been delayed in different historical periods.For the future development,the development of rural col-lective economy in our country should start from respecting the historical system and realistic difficulties,and we should further promote the reform of rural collective property rights,advance reform and innovation in key areas of the rural land system,and focus on innovation in rural collective economic systems and mechanisms to make comprehensive and systematic efforts.
