Why Suffer Losses:Operational Process of State-owned Farm G's Self-operated Industry
After the reform of agricultural reclamation,state-owned farms,as a new type of agricultural operating entity, developed self-operated industries to support rural revitalization. But some of them have always suffered losses. The core issue of this article is to explore the reasons for this.Selecting the self-operated industry of state-owned farm G as a case study, through case analysis and practical re-search,the paper analyzed the process of restoring the self-operated industry of state-owned farm G,and the considerations and strategies of each action, presenting the operational details. The paper finds that the operation of self-operated industries is embedded in the bureaucratic system, and industrial tasks go through a process of sinking from selective pilot to multiple tasks, and are dissolved by character-istics such as resource and target differentiation and routine operation.Compensating for losses in self-operated industries to complete"holistic"task indicators is the result of joint"operation"within the farm. The paper provides empirical support for further enriching the research on industrial development at the level of state-owned farms.
