Life aesthetics is a new form of aesthetic as well as a new quality productive force,playing a significant role in rural economy development and in building harmonious and beautiful rural areas.Through literature review,this paper discussed the connotation,value implication of life aesthetics and the logic of integrating with the industry of rural guesthouse.Also,the paper pointed out the realistic ob-stacles faced by rural guesthouse industry through field investigation.In order to eliminate the obstacles,operators should apply the new quality productive force driven by life aesthetics to optimize space design,display the aesthetics of items,create aesthetic scenes,expand operations of private traffic,integrate rural aesthetic industries,improve products and services,and arouse consumers'interest through aesthetic expe-riences to meet the emotional value of visitors,so as to promote the high-quality development of rural guesthouse industry.
