The utilization of vocational education and training to promote farmers'technical competence, intellectual quality, and academic proficiency holds immense significance in advancing rural revitaliza-tion.This study aimed to empirically analyse the data from field studies to conclude the degree of satisfac-tion of new professional farmers'training and their willingness to continue learning in the context of rural revitalization from the perspective of education service quality, combined with Kano Model. It finds that responsiveness and reliability are attractive qualities, which can significantly influence farmers'training satisfaction;empathy, tangibility, and practicability are performance qualities, which can exert signifi-cant effects on both training satisfaction and dissatisfaction;assurance does not impact farmers'satisfaction and dissatisfaction;and both satisfaction and dissatisfaction influence farmers'willingness to engage in on-going training. To bolster the education and training of new professional farmers in rural revitalization, the government should augment resource allocation for responsiveness, reliability, and other factors that align with farmers'needs. It should also enhance the collaborative mechanisms among various stakeholders and refine the content of education and training to harness the vital role of education and training in rural revi-talization.
