New quality productive forces,as a"new"type of productivity,which are brought forth by rev-olutionary technological breakthroughs,innovative allocation of production factors,and in-depth trans-formation and upgrading of industrial sectors,nowadays are becoming a strong driving and supporting force for high-quality development.However,challenges such as the lack of core technologies,inadequate digital infrastructure and corresponding services,a shortage of innovative talents,along with gap between supply and demand and inadequate support from modern industrial systems,are jointly restricting the em-powerment of these new quality productive forces.To maximize the empowering impact of new productive forces,efforts should be made in the following four dimensions:first,relentlessly promoting high-level scientific and technological innovation to strengthen the driving forcefor the development of new quality productive forces;second,enhancing the construction of digital infrastructure to improve the conditions for new quality productive forces;third,innovating talent trainning models to better support quality pro-ductive forces;and fourth,accelerating the construction of a modern industrial system to consolidate the main battlefield for the development of new quality productive forces.
