In the context of promoting comprehensive rural revitalization,it is of great practical signifi-cance to conduct in-depth research and implementation of"LI Baoguo Spirit".By examining the assis-tance bases built by Professor LI Baoguo from Hebei Agricultural University during his lifetime,two repre-sentative cases involving"Fugang Apple"and"Lvling Walnut"were selected for analysis.By analyzing the elements of"Technologies","Brands"and"Talents"in his model,it is summarized that Professor Li's industrial poverty alleviation has the following characteristics:the effectiveness of providing scientific and technological achievements for industrial poverty alleviation,integrating of technological innovation with industrial development,the continuous upgrading of leading industries,industrial models,and tech-nology dissemination,and continuously deepening the development of rural industries.In response to the current challenges and complexities surrounding the integrated development of industries within the frame-work of comprehensive rural revitalization,it is imperative to further advance and implement the"Li Baoguo spirit",with a focus on scientific and technological leadership and innovation as pivotal drivers for advancing rural revitalization comprehensively.Moreover,it is essential to consistently integrate ecologi-cal civilization construction throughout the entire process of rural revitalization.
