The scientific assessment of digital agriculture policies in Jilin Province can help improve its competitiveness in the realm of digital agriculture and promote the digital transformation of agriculture in both Jilin and China.By integrating policy text content mining with PMC index model,a quantitative evalu-ation index system for digital agriculture policies in Jilin Province is established to facilitate comparison with other provinces and cities.The findings show that among the five selected policies,four are deemed good,one qualified,and none are considered bad.The mean value of PMC index is 6.66,which shows that the o-verall quality of the policies is satisfactory,however,common issues such as uneven policy timeliness,in-adequate comprehensive policy safeguards,limited coverage and general description of policy content,as well as insufficient involvement from social organizations and financial institutions persist.In light of these conclusions,corresponding optimization suggestions are proposed.
