Study on the Decision-Making of Agriculture Land Management Rights Transfer:A case Study of Fuping County
The effective transfer of agricultural land management rights is of significant importance for en-hancing agricultural production efficiency and achieving agricultural modernization.Through a comprehen-sive investigation into the utilization and transfer of agricultural land in Fuping County,we propose a uni-fied model for the transfer of agricultural land management rights and establish a behavioral decision-making model for such transfers.Utilizing observational variable data obtained from household surveys conducted in typical villages,we examine the willingness to support this transfer model as well as the influ-encing factors on behavioral decisions. The effective transfer of agricultural land management rights is of significant importance for enhancing agricultural production efficiency and achieving modernization in agri-culture.Through a comprehensive investigation into the utilization and transfer of agricultural land in Fup-ing County,we propose a unified model for the transfer of agricultural land management rights and estab-lish a decision-making model for such transfers.Utilizing observational variable data obtained from household surveys conducted in typical villages,we examine the willingness to support this transfer model as well as the influencing factors on behavioral decisions. The research findings indicate that the support rates for the unified transfer model of agricultural land management rights are 78.45%(Baijiayu),75.60%(Beiliyuanpu),and 70.89%(Heiyagou)across three villages respectively. In our model, various latent variables directly(or both directly and indirectly)influence farmers'willingness to act;among these, behavioral attitude, perceived behavioral control, risk attitude, and performance related to land transfer exhibit relatively high direct effects.Conversely, total impact effects are notably higher for factors including performance related to land transfer, level of participation in agricultural operations, behavioral attitudes, risk perception, perceived behavioral control, and risk attitudes;while personal objective at-tributes and subjective norms show lower direct effects as well as total effects. The results from our survey analysis demonstrate a high acceptance level for the constructed unified model of agricultural land trans-fers.By standardizing methods for transferring agricultural land management rights and ensuring their se-curity during transfers,it is possible to enhance performance outcomes while reducing farmers'perceptions of risk-thereby altering their risk attitudes and increasing their willingness to engage in transfers.Collab-orative efforts among multiple stakeholders to build an efficient trading platform for agricultural land trans-fers represent a rational choice that facilitates connections with quality rural capital sources and coopera-tive entities.
