Study on the Dynamic Change of Land Use Based on GIS in Luzhong Prefecture
Based on the method of the supervised classification and visual interpretation of GIS and ERDAS, four satellite remote sensing images (1990, 1995, 2000 and 2005) was applied to extract the corresponding information of land use in Luzhong prefecture, and then the dynamic change of its land-use type was quantitatively analyzed. The results showed that during 1990-2005, the area of forest, construction and waters grew continuously; while the area of farmland, grassland and unused land were decreasing. The single land use dynamic index showed a corresponding change, while the comprehensive land use dynamic index decreased at first and then increased; the structure of land-use type had no change. Other than natural driving forces, socio-economic driving forces was the major foctor causing the change of land-use format.
