牡丹品种璎珞宝珠叶片的组织形态学观察

为了解牡丹品种璎珞宝珠(Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.cv.Yingluobaozhu) 片的组织形态学特征,丰富其栽培和发育生物学理论,试验通过离析法和石蜡切片技术,观察了璎珞宝珠成熟叶片的解剖特征.结果表明,叶片结构由外到内分别包括表皮、叶肉和叶脉3部分;表皮细胞由l层排列紧密的方形或长方形细胞构成,且外被角质层,气孔器分布于下表皮,栅栏组织1层;中脉不发达,中脉外围的厚角组织和厚壁组织较薄.另外,基本组织中还含有后含物.叶片的结构特征表明,璎珞宝珠不是耐旱的牡丹品种.
In order to clarify the morphological characteristics of the Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. cv. Yingluobaozhu and enrich its cultivation and development biology theory, the leaf dissention characteristics was observed by segregation process and paraffin-embedded technology. The results showed that the leaf structure was consisted of epidermis, mesophyll and vein from the outer to inner. the epidermis was a layer of a square or rectangular cells covered by cuticle. There were many stomata apparatus distributing in the adaxial epidermis; there was one layer of palisade tissue with undeveloped midrib. The collenchyma and mechanical tissue around the midrib was thin; moreover. the fundamental tissue contained ergastic substance.The structural characteristics of the leaves showed that the Yingluobaozhu was not a drought-tolerant variety.
