Cd2+、Zn2+黑麦草种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

试验以黑麦草(Lolium perenne L.)种子为材料,研究了镉(Cd)、锌(Zn)对黑麦草种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明,锌、镉以及锌+镉混合处理均能抑制黑麦草种子的萌发和幼苗生长.随着重金属处理浓度的增加,黑麦草种子的发芽率和发芽势明显下降,明显抑制了黑麦草幼苗的根长和苗长,叶绿素含量显著下降,差异极显著.研究结果对于重金属污染土壤中黑麦草种子的萌发和定植具有理论和实践意义.
Effects of Cd2+ and Zn2+ on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Lolium perenne L.
Effects of different heavy metal ions on seed germination and seedling growth of Lolium perenne L.. The effects of two heavy metal ions including Cd2+ and Zn2+ on seed germination and seedling growth of L. perenne were investigated. The results showed that Zn2+,Cd2+ and Zn2++Cd2+ significantly inhibited the seed germination and seedling growth. With the increasing of heavy metal ions concentrations, germination rate and germinability of L. perenne significantly decreased, root length and seedling length were also restrained, the content of chlorophy II decreased significantly, the difference was abvious. The study has theoretical and practical value for further research on germination and growth of L. perenne in heavy-metal-contaminated soil.
