Research Progresses of Somatic Embryogenesis in Flowers
Plant regeneration of somatic embryogenesis was important to flower molecular breeding. The generating progresses of somatic embryogenesis induction and embryonic tissue expansion, somatic embryo maturation, germination of somatic em-bryos and plant conversion were summarized. The effect of environmental factors and plant hormones on somatic embryogenesis was compared. It provided reference for the foundation of efficient regeneration system of flower somatic embryos.
