玉米兰卡种质在东北地区的应用与创新

玉米(Zea mays L.)兰卡种质(美国兰卡斯特种质)代表系MO17引入东北地区种植以后,针对MO17在东北地区表现晚熟、雌雄发育不协调等缺点,通过用当地早熟地方品种和骨干材料对兰卡种质进行改良和创新,育成了丹1324、吉1037、吉846、吉842、W9706、“412”、“495”、“416”、“485”、4F1、“419”、B414、“四-144”、龙抗11、沪150等优良自交系.使兰卡种质很快成为东北春玉米区核心种质及抗丝黑穗病种质.今后育种战略应利用兰卡新种质在兰卡群内进行改良和创新;利用中国地方种质进行改良;利用“78599”种质重点改良抗叶斑病性差等缺点,形成具有中国特色的优势群体.
Application and Innovation of Lancaster Maize Germplasm Resources in Northeast China
After M017, the representative Lancaster maize germplasm was introduced to northeast China, local materials were used to overcome its late maturity and un-coordinated male and female development, and excellent inbred lines such as Dan 1324, Ji 1037, Ji 846, Ji 842, W9706, "412", "495", "416", "485",4F1, "419", B414, Si-144, Longkang 11 and Hu 150 were released by using M017 in maize breeding programs. It soon became a core germplasm material resistant to silk smut in the spring maize area of northeast China. In future breeding programs new Lancaster maize germplasm resources and local germplasm materials could be used to form advantage groups of Chinese characteristics with "78599" as a disease-resistant source.
