Catalogue of Hymenoptera in Wugui Mountain Nature Reserve of Zhongshan City
The species diversity of insects in Wugui mountain of Zhongshan urban nature reserve was investigated from July, 2007 to May, 2011 by route and sample plot investigation. The dry preserved specimen was made in time after insect collection. Some common insect species were identified by using the professional illustrated handbook. Some insect species which could not be identified by the limited condition were then sent to local insect experts for identification. Totally 40 thousand specimen were made. The Hymenoptera catalogue of 165 species from 28 families was reported for the first time.
