利用电导率仪法检测泰乐菌素高效降解菌的生长量

离心收集泰乐菌素降解菌,超声破碎菌体后,测定不同浓度菌液的电导率值.结果表明,完全破碎后的菌液电导率值与细胞干重存在良好的线性关系,线性系数(R2=0.999 8),该方法能快速、准确地分析泰乐菌素降解菌的生长量.
Measurement of Growth of Tylosin-Degrading Bacteria by Conductometer
Liquid bacteria culture of Tylosin-degrading bacteria was collected by centrifuging, and then blended by ultrasonic wave. The conductivity of bacteria solution with different concentration was measured by conductmeter. The results indicated that there was a perfect linear relationship between the cell conductivity and its dry weight, the correlation coefficient R2= 0.999 8. In a conclusion, it was a rapid and accurate method for analyzing the growth of tylosin-degrading bacteria.
