Study on the Residue Dynamics of Epoxiconazole 30% SC in Grape and Soil
The residue dynamics of epoxiconazole 30% SC in grape and soil at different area were analyzed to provide guideline for safety application of epoxiconazole in grape. The residue in grape and soil samples was extracted by ethyl estate or acetonitrile, and purified with florisil column and determined by RP-HPCC. The half-life of degradation of epoxiconazole 30% SC was 15.9-17.2 d in grape, and 21.2-32.5 d in soil, respectively. The final residue in grape samples was 0.05-0.33 mg/kg 30 d or 40 d after the last spraying. The results indicated that 3 times of spraying in one season at the recommended dose and the last spraying interval 30 d, the residue measured was lower than 0.5 mg/kg. As a result, the maximum residue limit on grape was recommended as 0.5 mg/kg.
