索氏提取法提取东京野茉莉种子油的工艺

采用索氏提取法提取东京野茉莉(Styrax tonkinensis)种子油,利用单因素试验和正交设计考察提取溶剂、液料比、提取时间、提取温度4因素对东京野茉莉种子油提取率的影响,优化提取工艺.结果表明,索氏提取法提取东京野茉莉种子油的最佳工艺条件为液料比25∶1 (V∶m,mL/g)、提取溶剂石油醚(沸程60~90℃)、提取时间4h、提取温度80℃,在此条件下提取率可达55.87%.
Extraction Process of Seed Oil from Styrax tonkinensis by Soxhlet Method
Soxhlet extraction process was applied to extract seed oil from Styrax tonkinensis.Single factor tests and orthogonal experiments were carried out to investigate the effects of extraction solvent,liquid to material ratio,extraction time and extraction temperature on the yield of seed oil.The optimized process for extracting of seed oil from S.tonkinensis was as follows,using petroleum ether(60~90℃) as extraction solvent,liquid to material ratio as 25∶1(V∶m,mL/g),extracting for 4 h at 80 ℃.The yield of seed oil was 55.87% under these conditons.
