Effect of Foliar Fertilizer with Phosphorus and Potassium on Chlorophyll Content in Potato Leaves
Using quadratic universal rotation combination design with 5 levels of 2 factors, spraying concentration and spraying time of foliar fertilizer with phosphorus and potassium, taking Qingshu 168 (Solanum tuberosum L.) as test materials, chlorophyll content in potato leaves at different florescence phase with treatments were determined, and the yield was counted. The results showed that chlorophyll content varied the most in the final flowering phase. In the low concentration range, chlorophyll content increased with the increase of foliar fertilizer concentration; after chlorophyll content reached to the peak,it stopped increase with the increase of spraying concentration. As the spraying starting time delayed, chlorophyll content showed a decreasing tendency. When spraying at the potassium dihydrogen phosphate concentration of 0.250%,and started spraying 15 d after initial flowering stage, chlorophyll content in potato leaves at the final flowering phase was the highest,1.93 mg/g.
