The Quality Evaluation of Andrographis paniculata (Burm.f) Nees from Different Growing Districts
In order to evaluate the quality of Andrographis paniculata(Burm.f) Nees from different growing districts and different planting patterns,the contents of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide of 12 districts were determined by HPLC in Guangxi Province.The results indicated that the total andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide contents of drug from new growing districts were higher than that of old ones; the crude drug quality of new growing district was better than that of the old.Shading pattern may not be good for the accumulation of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide in A ndrographis paniculata,and the active component contents of drug from interplanting in greenhouse and forest were lower than normal planting pattern.
